When God Doesn't Heal Now

We have seen that God’s healing ministry is rooted in his eternal desire to glorify himself and his Son, his deep compassion for those who are suffering, and his constant willingness to respond to those who have faith. He also heals in response to his own command and promise to the church. These four reasons alone ought to convince us that God’s purposes for healing are rooted in his unchanging nature, not in temporary historical circumstances.
