Dear Friends,
Please forgive the form nature
of our letter to you. We love and cherish you and
want to update you on the wonderful things been
accomplished by the Lord here in Taipei.
It is 1:00
AM on Tuesday morning here in Taipei.
Judi is sleeping and I am still writing. We have
just completed filming 52 more programs on marriage
and parenting for GoodTV. They are very excited
about the impact of these Family
Forum programs for the spreading of the
gospel and for equipping and healing families here
in Taiwan
and mainland China.
Here is what God has done:

Our first 60 Family
Forum programs were showed in two
full seasons in 2003 and were ranked by the
Taiwan Nielsen ratings the #2 program on the
entire network. |

Over 3 million viewers watched each program
just in Taiwan on the cable system. An estimated
30 million viewers in mainland China saw our programs by satellite
and streaming video. |
|
32.8% of the viewers were working males and
21% were working females. |
|
Over 61% had a high school or higher education
(34% a university education). |
|
Over 49% were between the ages of 15-35. We
are reaching the next generation! |
|
And over 53% were men. |
|
Less than one million of Taiwan's
22.5 million people are Christians (Catholics
[298,000] and Protestants [593,000]). This means
that at the very least, OVER 2 MILLION unbelievers
are watching Family
Forum every day! |

GoodTV has decided to make all 52 programs
just tape into 4 quarterly curriculum DVD courses
on family and marriage available to all the
churches and leaders here in Taiwan.
Judi and I have been invited back in the Fall
to do large leadership training meetings with
pastoral and lay leaders to teach the curriculum.
Additionally, they are publishing in Mandarin
our following books as resources: Lord I
Wish My Teenager Would Talk With Me, Lord I
Wish My Family Would Get Saved, Proactive Parenting
the Early Years, The 77 Irrefutable Truths of
Prayer, The 77 Irrefutable Truth of Parenting
and Friend to Friend. |

GoodTV is enlisting all the churches in Taiwan to join GoodTV in mass outreach
seminars after the first of the year to reach
the unchurched with marriage and parenting seminars.
These seminars will be heavily publicized in
the media and through believers inviting their
unsaved friends. This will be the largest family-centered,
evangelistic outreach ever undertaken in a Chinese-speaking
nation. |

Judi and I will have the privilege of leading
both the church training meetings in the Fall
and teaching the Family Seminars during the
first of 2005. |
We are deeply awed by God's favor
to have the privilege to share the gospel and equip
families in Taiwan
with outreach into mainland China.
The Christians in Taiwan
believe that the Holy Spirit is using them as the
open door for the Gospel to penetrate first China
and then the "silk road" back through the Arabic
nations winning them to Christ and ultimately to
reach Jerusalem.
Judi and I know that your prayers
and intercession brought "God's will in heaven to
earth" for this wonderful mission to proceed. That
God would use insignificant "westerners" like ourselves
in the Far East
to equip families and share the Gospel fills us
with praise and thanksgiving to an awesome Lord.
Your prayers and giving in so many
ways have become a memorial deposit before God for
many households to be saved, healed and delivered
through Jesus Christ.
